Fashion Style Trends - Classic

Whilst we are consistently surrounded by the latest fashions, styles and trends and we often follow suit of the models on the runway, there is one trend that we can firmly agree we will be employing into our wardrobe for years to come: the classic trend.

Although many of us choose to follow the latest trends in fashion and look great, these trends do not last very long. We tend to spend our money on the latest styles, hot off the catwalk, which at the time seems like a fabulous idea. Only when it comes to the next season we have to recite the vicious cycle again to keep our wardrobe up to date with the models, celebrities and everyone else. Whilst many women would argue shopping is their favourite past time, it is undeniable that it can become exhausting.

The classic trend is the ideal style to opt for that will remain in fashion forever. This trend consists of traditional garments such as white shirts, fitted jackets and structured dresses. The colour scheme tends to follow neutral shades such as beige, black and white to make sure the colours will remain present within the fashion trends due to their versatility to coordinate with just about every other shade. Neutral shades also look great in most fabrics and project a dose of elegance to your chosen outfits.

Traditional fashion styles do not necessarily have to look dull and bland. Adding a pop of colour or opting for a classic yet bespoke design such as a shift dress or pencil skirt, you can look chic and expensive in an instant. By investing in some timeless classics, you can save money all year around whilst looking like you have just stepped off a catwalk. Since you are saving money you could select one or two pieces of designer clothing for added luxury value.

Classic designs are not necessarily strict uniform for work and evening wear, you could choose a pair of fitted dark blue jeans worn with a white plain t-shirt to form a casual, relaxed look for you to wear throughout the day. Selecting basic essentials for your wardrobe in a variety of colours will help to vary your wardrobe whilst always look right on trend.

By employing classic designs into your wardrobe, you will be able to look chic and fabulous without exhaustion of employing the latest trends each season and worrying about classic attire fading from the limelight.
